About the role

RAHA BINA SDN. BHD. is looking for a Financial Manager reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This full‑time role is based in Kuala Lumpur and will play a key role in managing the company's financial operations and reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, including preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
• Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the company's financial controls and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Recognised professional accounting qualification, such as ACCA or CPA.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior financial management role, preferably within the Accounting industry.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
