A leading technology solutions provider in Penang is seeking a Lead Engineer for Thermal Test to validate thermal performance of IT equipment, including servers and storage solutions. The role requires a B.S. in Thermal Engineering, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in thermal design and testing. The candidate should be familiar with thermal measurement technologies and possess strong data analysis skills. This position may involve occasional travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in thermal design & test validation of electronic products.
- Familiar with thermal parts including heat sink, TIM, and air movers.
- Experience with fan speed control algorithm testing.
Responsabilités
- Conduct thermal test validation of IT equipment including servers and storage products.
- Set up thermal test environment and execute various thermal tests.
- Document comprehensive thermal test plans and reports.
