Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing activities related to the Coinstore brand, including but not limited to online promotions, offline events, seminars, press conferences, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop activity plans and schedules, coordinate resources, control the budget, and ensure the activity is completed on time and within scope and quality.

Brand Building and Promotion

  • Gain a deep understanding of Coinstore's brand positioning, target audience, and market trends. Design event themes and content aligned with the brand’s tone.
  • Write promotional materials, event copy, press releases, etc. related to the brand.
  • Utilize various platforms for event promotion, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.

Data Analysis and Evaluation

  • Set KPIs for events, monitor, analyze event effectiveness, and evaluate ROI.
  • Collect user feedback and market reactions, summarize lessons learned, and provide improvement suggestions for future events.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, communication, business management, or related fields.
  • Industry Knowledge: Over 3 years of experience in brand event planning, with preference for experience in the crypto industry. Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market and user behavior, with an understanding of blockchain technology.
  • Experience: Proficient in brand promotion and marketing theories and methods, with the ability to create effective strategies based on market changes and user needs. A track record of planning and executing successful large-scale brand events is preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese.
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent creative thinking and event planning skills, with the ability to independently design and write event proposals.
  • Strong communication, coordination skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to handle stress and adapt, working efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
