About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at K.K.I.P. SDN. BHD'. In this contract position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, you will be responsible for driving sales of our residential property offerings and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and sourcing new leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing channels

Conducting property viewings and presenting the features and benefits of our residential developments to potential buyers

Negotiating deals and closing sales transactions with clients

Providing post-sales support and ensuring a smooth handover process

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and reporting on performance metrics

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in residential property sales, preferably within the Kota Kinabalu market

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Demonstrable negotiation and deal-closing skills

Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
