About The Role

Support Procurement Operations for Ariba Sourcing to Pay processes, covering all modules including Contract Lifecycle Management, Sourcing, Vendor Master Data Maintenance, and Supplier Enablement.

Vendor Master Data Maintenance (VMDM)

• Maintain vendor master data in SAP ARIBA.
• Ensure compliance with BU requirements.
• Support VMDM inquiries and coordinate with SAP FICO team if needed.

Supplier Enablement

• Assist with supplier enablement activities on Ariba Network, including communication and data setup.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on enablement processes.

Ariba Sourcing

• Ensure vendors are prepared for Ariba Sourcing events and provide training.
• Support sourcing activities until completion.

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)

• Assist with CLM Contract Workspace creation and amendments.
• Ensure sourcing process compliance before contract signing.
• Handle general inquiries on CLM.

Report & Data Analytics

• Generate and customize reports for business units.
• Prepare dashboards using Tableau and customize as needed.
• Support report-related inquiries.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure timely updates of SNOW tickets for accurate TAT.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials.
• Assist new team members as a buddy in PSO services.
