Construction Quantity Surveyor - Cost & Contract Expert
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Selangor is seeking a full-time Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role involves preparing cost estimates, managing contracts, and overseeing project budgets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in quantity surveying and strong skills in communication and negotiation. This position offers a chance to work on exciting projects within a reputable company known for its commitment to quality and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a quantity surveying role.
- Excellent understanding of construction contracts and project control procedures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project costs and budgets.
