Job summary

A leading electronics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Demand Planner Officer to manage daily Sell-Out Portal activities, handle stock transfers, and ensure timely updates in inventory systems. The role requires a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, proficiency in ERP systems, and strong communication skills. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of renewal based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., GERP) and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory processes and sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update daily transactions in the Sell-Out Portal.
  • Coordinate and process stock transfers using GERP system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the GDMI system.

Demand Planner Officer / Sales Operations Support
  • Manage Daily Sell-Out Portal Activities
    Monitor and update daily transactions in the Sell-Out Portal to ensure data accuracy and smooth system operations.
  • Handle Weekly East Malaysia Stock Transfer
    Coordinate and process stock transfers using GERP system to support regional distribution needs.
  • Manage Weekly GDMI CPSI Updates
    Ensure accurate and timely updates in the GDMI system, focusing on CPSI management.
  • Process Daily Stock Reservation & Release
    Execute daily stock reservation and release tasks through GERP system to meet business and sales demands.
  • Other Reporting Duties
    Assist in preparing related sales and stock reports as required by the department.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., GERP) and reporting tools
  • Basic knowledge of inventory processes and sales operations
  • Good attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Able to multitask and manage deadlines independently
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Contract Duration: 3 months only (renewal subject to business needs)
