HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Netherlands Maritime Institute of Technology – Johor Bahru, Johor

Contract

  • Managing local and foreign staff recruitment, induction, welfare and compensation and benefits GPA insurances and any other HR administration matters.
  • Responsible for handling employee relation issues that include employee counselling, misconduct investigation, grievance handling and more.
  • Managing HR Systems for personnel data storage, payroll, leave administration, benefits etc.
  • Managing payroll, conduct accurate payroll calculation and processing timely and accurately.
  • Preparing reports and payment to statutory bodies i.e KWSP, SOCSO, LHDN and HRDF.
  • Provide timely reports and analysis of monthly headcounts, payroll, recruitment and turnover statistics.
  • Updating the organization chart and updating the induction and policy manual.
  • Review application / resume, evaluate application skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualification for interviews.
  • Process resignation / termination / dismissal and administer clearance for staff leaving the organization.
  • Maintain employees’ performance management including the annual appraisal and salary review exercise and maintain employee personal files.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks duties as and when required.
