Job summary
A retail company in Ipoh, Perak is seeking a sales associate to recommend and select products based on customer needs, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in resolving any issues. Candidates should have a minimum education level of SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The role requires owning a car and being able to work in-house on weekends. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Qualifications

- Must possess car driving license and own transport.
- Able to work in-house and on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Recommend and select products for customers based on individual needs.
- Describe products and explain their benefits to potential customers.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products.
- Achieve personal sales targets set by the company.
Skills
Education
- Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
- Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various products and services
- Set up and arranged displays, demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and job operations by attending training
- Provide periodic reports to management on all after-sales activities
- To achieve your personal sales targets set by the company.
- To plan and carry out your daily and monthly sales strategies.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
- Fresh Grad are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess education level at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Possess car driving license and own transport.
- Provide good customer service to meet customer’s expectation.
- Willing to learn, confident, persuasive and passionate about sales and have good communication skills.
- Sales & Product Training will be provided.
- Work in-house only and able to work on Saturday & Sunday.
