Adecco is supporting our client in the education industry. We are looking to hire a few education consultants for the largest higher education enrolment platform. In this pivotal student facing role, you'll guide young minds through their academic journeys, helping them find the right courses, scholarships, and universities

What you will Do?

• Provide personalized 1-to-1 counselling to students across schools (20% travel required).
• Build meaningful relationships with students and parents in person sessions and remote engagement.
• Participate in outreach efforts with partnered agencies and school visits.
• Guide applicants through course selection, scholarship eligibility, and application processes.
• Follow up with students post working hours, especially during peak seasons.
• Maintain accurate student records and application statuses using internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal team and external agencies to optimize student experience.

Your Skills:

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any related industries.
• Fluent in Mandarin (reading and writing) and English to cater international students.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel (20%) and engage during flexible hours.
