Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure building construction works complete on time.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with the approved construction drawings, contract specifications, and quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s Quality Management System Manual and Project Quality Plan (PQP).
  • Coordinate all consultant drawings throughout project implementation.
  • Assess site valuations for claim according to actual progress and ensure works are carried out within the contract budget.
  • liaise with local authorities, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and smooth obtaining of CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance).
  • Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and coordination sessions.
  • Lead and guide site teams to ensure high-quality site management and safety practices (JKKP compliance).
  • Report to the Superior on progress, issues, and site matters, with proposed solutions where applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Property Management/Real Estate/Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in project execution or project management, preferably in property development.
  • Competent technical background in coordinating construction activities.
  • Proactive and problem‑solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable of project life cycle, construction methods, and quality and safety standards.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proper documented communication records.
  • Able to lead junior staff, share experience, and complete the given task on time.
  • Flexibility to accept ad‑hoc tasks when applicable.
  • Experience in energy efficiency, sustainable building practices, or contract familiarity is an added advantage.
