Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.

Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients

Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs.

Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms

Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates

Requirements

Candidate who is flexible, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and with a positive work attitude will have a distinct advantage

Candidate with no relevant working experience will have full training provided

Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents
