As an IT Business Analyst in our team you design, implement, and support innovative and reliable digital supply chain solutions. In close collaboration with our business counterparts, other IT departments, and external partners you will hands-on shape the way of doing Supply Chain Planning of the future for more than 50 Hilti organizations worldwide.As an IT Business Analyst in Demand and Supply Management IT team you design, implement, and run sophisticated digital solutions for Hilti’s supply chain. Our solution portfolio consists of state-of-the-art cloud systems like Blue Yonder S&OP, SAP Ariba, SAP ByDesign as well as global on-premises SAP S/4HANA ERP and SAP APO systems. As an IT Business Analyst, you will shape the global system landscape for Supply Chain Planning and Procurement in the future. We started a global program to implement S4 Hana Public Cloud ERP tenants in specific market organizations and plants.

In Demand and Supply Management, we provide professional advice to our business partners, and you are responsible for translating existing and new business requirements (Supply Chain Planning and Procurement) into value-adding future IT solutions. In an agile approach you are collaborating with business product owners and developers to elaborate convincing solution alternatives. • Degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration with Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.0 or similar grading
• 3+ years of relevant work experience with state-of-the-art Procurement solutions (e.g. SAP Ariba, etc.) and SAP ERP (e.g. ECC, R3, S4Hana, etc.) is a must-have. ABAP development is a clear plus but not needed.
• Further experience in Supply Chain Management IT (e.g. SAP APO, SAP IBP, S4Hana, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, etc.) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and good stakeholder management & communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player approach with the ability to connect with global partners to bond, inspire, influence and accomplish goals
• An end-to-end process understanding in the field of supply chain management and in particular supply chain planning.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
