We specialize in protecting people, property, and assets through state-of-the-art technology, including Video Surveillance (CCTV), Access Control Systems, and Automatic Barrier Gates. We are committed to delivering exceptional value and peace of mind to our clients across commercial, industrial, residential, government.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our growth in the physical security solutions market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic hunter with a proven track record of selling complex, B2B electronic security systems. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals and fostering long-term client relationships. Your expertise will be critical in driving revenue for our core products: CCTV, Access Control, and Barrier Gate systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for CCTV, access control, and barrier gate product lines.
  • Identify, qualify, and proactively pursue new business opportunities within key vertical markets (e.g., corporate campuses, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, gated communities).
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings with C-level executives, facility managers, IT directors, and security directors to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and tender responses.
Technical Solutioning
  • Possess a deep understanding of electronic security systems to design integrated solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to develop system designs, bill of materials (BOM), and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
Client & Relationship Management
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their trusted security advisor.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure a smooth handover and successful project delivery.
  • (If applicable) Mentor and guide junior sales representatives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling in one or more of the following areas: CCTV/Video Surveillance, Access Control Systems, or Barrier Gates/Automatic Doors.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a complex sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the features and benefits of electronic security hardware and software.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Preferred
  • Experience with major security product brands (e.g., Hanwha Vision, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis; LenelS2, Genetec, Software House; FAAC, BFT, CAME).
  • Existing network of contacts in the security, construction, or IT integrator space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., PSP - Physical Security Professional) are a plus.
