CapBay operates an award-winning Supply Chain Finance and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Financing platform. We facilitate inclusive business financing, using existing trade data and relationships. Through our proprietary credit-decisioning model, businesses of all sizes can obtain short-term financing while banks and investors can participate in high-quality financing deals.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Junior Investment Relationship Manager who is eager to make an impact and grow alongside the CapBay team.

As part of this role, you will support our P2P investor client base, lead initiatives, and develop growth strategies. This position requires strong interpersonal skills in speaking with investors, strong analytical skills to develop meaningful initiatives and strategies, and excellent project management to see initiatives through.

Responsibility

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities to increase the existing client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective, existing, and High Net Worth clients.
  • Be a product expert and educate the clients on the investment products and the risk-adjusted returns.
  • Provide investors with comprehensive consultations and guide their decision-making process.
  • Enhance investor awareness, generate leads, or raise funds by developing marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate operations such as onboarding investors, processing their applications, performing KYC checks, and filing regulatory reports.
Key Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Investment, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in investment, financial services, or relationship management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with investors and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of investment products, financial markets, and risk management principles.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
