A professional services firm in Selangor is seeking a candidate to assist in managing the CEO's daily activities, communications, and travel. Fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience in administrative support is advantageous. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, preparing correspondence, and liaising with stakeholders. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will assist in managing the CEO’s daily activities, meetings, communications, travel, and expense claims, ensuring the CEO’s time and priorities are handled efficiently.
