A prominent advisory firm in Kuala Lumpur is looking for sales-focused individuals to perform outbound calls, identify opportunities, and close business deals. This role offers the potential for unlimited earnings through commission, along with a basic salary. You will also help schedule appointments, maintain customer relationships, and support marketing activities. Candidates should have strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, along with a Secondary School Certificate. This position promotes a dynamic sales environment where motivating and exceeding targets is essential.
Perform outbound calls to potential lead.
Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with the quality standards.
Identify opportunities and close business deals, ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Explain YYC services / products / training programs to potential customers.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Secure stronger customer relationships and enlarge the customer base.
Following up new business opportunities.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Support marketing events / activities organized by company.
Proactively recommend ways to add value to clients and make existing processes simpler & better.
To drive sales performance and consistently meet targets.
