About the Role

We are looking for a Management Trainee / Assistant Manager to work directly with the CEO, supporting business growth, sales execution, and group‑level initiatives across multiple brands.

This role is hands‑on, execution‑driven, and suitable for candidates who want real business exposure and a clear path into management.

You will receive hands‑on coaching, real exposure to strategy, management, and leadership decision‑making, and opportunities to sit in top management consultation meetings. A fast‑track leadership role designed to groom future managers and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support CEO in executing business development and growth initiatives.
  • Drive branch sales growth through execution of impactful sales strategies, promotions, campaigns, and online–offline marketing activities.
  • Support business unit setup, expansion, and project execution
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Principals, and HODs to ensure execution
  • Track progress, identify gaps, and push actions to completion
  • Prepare clear execution updates and performance summaries for management
  • Support special projects and priority initiatives as assigned by CEO
