The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Be responsible for inventory month-end closing and preparing reports for the US team by the deadline.
2. Prepare inventory-related reports and fulfill requirements from internal and external auditors.
3. Review and prepare IPE for closing entries, including PPV, Warranty, E&O, MOH, etc.
4. Process and review daily cost accounting matters: goods receipt, inventory movements, or adjustments.
5. Lead project assignments and handle ad-hoc requests as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• At least 12 years of accounting experience.
• Experience of over 5 years in manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US & Malaysia GAAP; experience of over 3 years in a Big 4 Accounting Firm is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time pressure with deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
