Job description

Responsibilities
  • Help in the strategy for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts including:
    • Facebook, Twitter, Instagram ads, TikTok, LinkedIn
    • Search engine marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads
    • Affiliates
  • Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC, etc.)
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms
  • Regularly analyze performance against forecasts and make adjustments to meet objectives
  • Serve clients with tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analysis, and quarterly business reviews
  • Spearhead relations with account teams working on shared accounts to ensure client alignment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns
  • Innovate to improve performance, growth, and profitability across channels
  • Stay updated with market trends and generate creative ideas to stay ahead of competitors
  • Share best practices within the group
  • Take full ownership and accountability for campaign performance and KPIs
Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong experience with performance marketing and online acquisition tools and networks
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to get hands-on
• Sharp analytical skills and a data-driven approach – understanding relevant KPIs and how to work with them
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, comfortable meeting tight deadlines
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of achieving targets with limited resources and budgets
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
