The APAC Operation FP&A Manager will collaborate with the Head of Finance APAC Operation to enhance the financial performance of the region through business analysis, budget development, and forecasting.

Responsibilities / Key Activities:

  1. Participate in month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Maintain a database of key financial data (Actuals, Forecast, AOP) across the Region.
  3. Conduct comprehensive KPI analysis on revenue, costs, expenses, and capital expenditures to identify trends and opportunities.
  4. Work with Plant Managers and controllers for periodic financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations.
  5. Develop financial models to analyze business opportunities and cost-saving initiatives, supporting decision-making and profitability maximization. Assess Cross Country Projects/NPD/business case feasibility.
  6. Propose strategic actions and craft messaging for stakeholders.
  7. Contribute to annual operating plan and budget development, aligning with organizational goals.
  8. Prepare insightful financial data and analysis for management meetings.
  9. Conduct ad hoc analyses for critical business decisions.
  10. Serve as the Financial Control for Regional Supply SG&A.
  11. Identify reporting efficiencies and promote automation across the Region.

We’re looking for someone bursting with ideas and eager to learn! Here’s what we seek:

  • Academic Background: Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance-related fields.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Skills: Strong financial analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, understanding of accounting principles, ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Traits: Structured approach, energetic, excellent communication, team player yet capable of working independently.
