Role Description
We’re hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Kuala Lumpur to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll own the development and execution of HR policies, manage employee relations, oversee performance management, and ensure legal compliance with local labor regulations. Most importantly, you’ll shape an inclusive and engaging environment for our growing workforce, driving organizational effectiveness and people-centric strategies that empower every Partiposter to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Policy: Design, implement, and continuously refine HR policies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing day-to-day HR inquiries and proactively resolving workplace issues.
Performance Management: Drive annual/quarterly performance review processes, coaching managers on best practices and feedback delivery.
Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure alignment with all relevant labor and employment regulations; maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Partner with hiring managers to identify high-caliber talent, streamline onboarding, and develop retention strategies.
Organizational Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and lead initiatives that boost employee development, satisfaction, and overall business impact.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment.
Proven track record in HR policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
Labor Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of Taiwanese labor and employment laws; experience ensuring company compliance.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills (Mandarin & English proficiency preferred as this position will be required to support Hong Kong and Taiwan market).
Strategic Mindset: Ability to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, contributing to organizational success.
Collaboration & Independence: Comfortable working both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
