We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist (L1/L2) to join our team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, supporting end-users, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. You'll handle both frontline support and escalated issues, providing a complete support experience.
Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (e.g., desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft Office, VPN).
Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and IT inquiries in a timely manner.
Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365, or Google Workspace.
Handle password resets, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
Provide support for collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook).
Ensure antivirus, patching, and endpoint security compliance.
Assist in troubleshooting basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, IP/DNS problems).
Liaise with infrastructure/network teams on escalated matters.
Record and update incidents in the IT ticketing system
Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
At least 1 year of experience in IT support (L1/L2 level) and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and remote support tools.
Familiarity with Active Directory, O365, VPN, basic networking.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
