Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking multiple Personal Bankers for various branches in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a basic salary starting at RM 3000 and experienced candidates earning up to RM 10,000. - Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
- Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for salesParticipate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
- Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up selling activities
- Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
Requirements
- Fresh Diploma / Degree Graduates / SPM Holder with 2 years working experience
- Experienced banking sales candidate would be an advantageComfortable with sales role and self motivated
- Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage
