Sales - Mortgage Servicing is responsible for new business and revenue generation, supporting customers in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. Sets the direction and policies for sales activities, and manages the execution of these plans. Mortgage Servicing covers activities related to servicing residential mortgage loans, including processing payments, managing investor relations, collecting on delinquent loans, and working through the default process. The Portfolio Retention Sales area is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers who have outstanding mortgage or home equity loans within the firm's servicing portfolio, and may be at risk for prepayment. Activities include mortgage origination and interaction with Loan Fulfillment areas.
Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
