We, Sudi Bina Sdn Bhd, are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account and Payroll Executive to join our construction company in Kulai, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting and payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The position is based in Kulai, Johor.

1. Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, petty cash management, and monthly financial statements.
2. Process staff claims with supporting documents to ensure genuine & reasonable activities before proceeding.
3. Manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
5. Experience with SQL and Autocount Accounting system is an advantage.
6. Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.

1. Handle immigration-related matters, work permit renewals, and hostel management for foreign workers.
2. Assist with recruitment, including job postings and interview scheduling.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date.
4. Handle payroll processing, EPF/SOCSO/EIS contributions, and payments.
5. Assist in organizing employee training sessions.

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or payroll role, preferably within the construction industry.
2. Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and mathematical proficiency.
4. A relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or related field.
5. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
6. Good attitude and personality, able to work proactively.
