Job summary

A leading financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking candidates to manage a portfolio of SME clients. Responsibilities include cross-selling banking products and acquiring new customers. Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in banking preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending for Account Manager role.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending for Senior Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned SME portfolio to meet targets.
  • Cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.

To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.

To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.

To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.

To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.

To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to:

  • Trade
  • Forex
  • Cash Management Solutions
Requirements
  • A University Degree / Diploma
  • Banking know-how, credit knowledge preferred
  • Fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how
  • Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager) / Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager)
