Job summary
A leading financial institution in Malaysia is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to handle mortgage loan acquisitions. The role involves achieving personal sales targets, cross-selling MRTA products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong relationship management skills with developers, lawyers, and real estate agents. This position is crucial for driving sales productivity and must align with the company's compliance requirements. A significant focus is placed on achieving high penetration rates for mortgage insurance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for personal sales target to acquire new mortgage loans.
- Cross sell MRTA and achieve minimum penetration rate.
- Conduct face to face interviews with customers.
- Achieve MRTA penetration rate of 80%.
- Deliver minimum sales productivity of 2.5 million per month.
- Service and strengthen business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Principally responsible for personal sales target to acquire new mortgage loans and to achieve the assigned targets.
- To cross sell MRTA and achieve minimum penetration rate.
- Conduct face to face interview with customers.
- To achieve MRTA penetration rate of 80%
- To deliver min sales productivity of 2.5 mil per month
- To service and strengthen our business relationship with developers, lawyers, Valuers & real estate agents.
- Ensure compliance with internal Policies, external Authorities Regulators / Legal / ML- KYC, Credit Policies and Service Standards.
- Exercise due care and diligence on matters related Money Laundering and KYC in the day to day operations, which include account opening, reporting suspicions and provide support to superior and subordinates.
- Ensure data integrity and all customers’ income documents are original sighted.
