Job Title: Senior Account Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, quick‑thinking, and multi‑talented Senior Account Executive with at least 2 years of experience in an agency environment. You’ll be the everyday bridge between clients and internal teams—balancing expectations, timelines, and last‑minute curveballs with grace and patience.

This role is for someone who thrives in the hustle of agency life: managing deliverables, overseeing social media postings, coordinating with vendors, and even helping build proposals for events and campaigns. You're the Swiss Army knife of the account team—organised, unshakable, and always one step ahead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main day‑to‑day contact for clients, managing communications, feedback, and expectations with clarity and patience.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are met on time and on brief, coordinating across creative, production, and strategy teams.
  • Develop and manage budgets, quotations, timelines, and project trackers.
  • Liaise with external vendors (e.g. printers, production houses, event suppliers), ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentation decks, and post‑campaign reports.
  • Schedule, upload, and monitor digital content across client social media platforms when required.
  • Manage approvals, follow‑ups, and documentation in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flag issues early, solve problems proactively, and keep both client and internal teams aligned.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client servicing role within an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to stay composed, professional, and patient with clients.
  • Strong multitasking, budgeting, and project management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with creative teams, vendors, and media partners.
  • Confident in coordinating timelines and following up (persistently, but politely).
  • Familiarity with content calendars, basic analytics, and social media posting tools is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic project management tools.

  • Experience supporting event activations or on‑ground campaigns.
