Job description

Our client is hiring two separate IT roles as part of their digital transformation and security governance initiatives. Fresh graduates and junior candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

IT Support / Cloud Support Engineer

• Perform operational maintenance on Microsoft 365 and related services (e.g., Azure AD Connect).
• Troubleshoot, coordinate, and support Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, and Power BI.
• Provide end-user support and conduct training on Microsoft 365 usage and features.
• Prepare training materials, documentation, and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud concepts.
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python) is an advantage.

IT Security & Compliance Engineer

• Assist in implementing IT security policies and procedures aligned with ISO 27001 standards.
• Support the development and updating of security policies and SOPs.
• Conduct gap assessments to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities.
• Assist the manager in planning and executing remediation measures.
• Support internal assessments, audits, and ongoing compliance checks.
• Monitor and report on security incidents; assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work with other departments to integrate security measures into business operations.
• Assist in developing and delivering employee security awareness training.
• Serve as a point of contact for security-related matters and coordinate with external consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of IT business operations and integration of security measures.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and compliance requirements.
