Job summary
A hospitality technology firm in George Town is looking for a Guest Service Agent to provide excellent customer service, supervise the front desk team, and resolve guest issues efficiently. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience and possesses strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience as Guest Service Agent / Front Office Associate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Patience and good listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, making them feel welcomed.
- Supervise daily shift processes ensuring adherence to SOPs.
- Train and direct front desk team members.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Allocate rooms based on guest preferences.
Skills
- Greetings guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
- Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guests preferences and special requests.
