Job summary
A property management company located in Cyberjaya, Selangor, is seeking an Executive for building maintenance. Responsibilities include inspecting common areas, addressing tenant complaints, and managing M&E equipment. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience, a diploma, and can communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. A motorcycle is required for transport.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must have own motorcycle for transport.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections on common area facilities and lighting.
- Handle maintenance issues raised by owners or tenants.
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of M&E equipment.
- Liaise with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
Skills
Education
• Carry out inspection on all the common area facilities and lighting on a periodic basis;
• Attend to owner’s/tenant’s complaint regarding maintenance issues;
• Assist building executive in the operation and maintenance of the M&E equipments;
• Liase with appointed contractors for repair and maintenance works.
• To complete new installations of M&E equipment as efficiently as possible to minimize disruption of service;
• Ensure all M&E tools and equipment is in order and kept in a safe place.
