Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks to ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with regulations.
Monitor system performance and suggest upgrades or improvements when needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and time spent.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Communicate effectively with clients or facility staff regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot urgent HVAC problems.
Job Requirements:
Certificate or diploma in HVAC technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Min 6 months and above of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Ability to work with tools, diagnostic equipment, and refrigerant handling systems.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physically fit and comfortable working in varied environments.
Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
