Identifying hardware, diagnosing, repairing faults, software solutions and troubleshooting technical issues. Deploy, install and configure set of hardware and software, and provide on-site training and support services. Managing multiple cases and activities as assigned by following SOP and provide pre and post activity report as and when required. Able to work ad hoc or project basis. Such as deployment, handover, standby, Go Live, corrective & preventive maintenance. Managing maintenance stock daily updates after usage. Provide technical support to other teams with resolution as and when needed or assigned. Following Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for proper escalation based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) by projects.

• Deploy, install and configure hardware and software; provide on-site training and support services.
• Manage multiple cases and activities as assigned by following SOP; provide pre- and post-activity reports as required.
• Able to work ad hoc or on a project basis (deployment, handover, standby, Go Live, corrective & preventive maintenance).
• Maintain maintenance stock with daily updates after usage.
• Provide technical support to other teams with resolutions as needed or assigned.
• Follow SOPs for proper escalation based on SLA by projects.

• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Prior at least basic experience in technical support or similar role.
• Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills and punctual.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends; willing to travel.
