As technical expert in mechanical system (HVAC, compressor & gases) to support Industrial 4.0, AI & Digitalization in Facility System.

• Responsible for FM mechanical system process control development, harmonization & optimization towards business needs.
• Responsible to establish investment proposal, develop technical specification, and project implementation which align with the departmental and company requirement driving towards Industrial 4.0, AI and digitalization.
• Site focal person in following mechanical system process control, who provides technical support to project and operation team, including Heating, ventilation & Air Conditioning System (HVAC), Compressor & Vacuum system, gases such as N2, H2 & etc and Air Abatement system.
• Develop and optimize digital models and simulations to predict system performance and identify areas for efficiency improvement through process control optimization, digital solution & predictive modeling.
• Utilize digital tools to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from mechanical systems to monitor performance and detect anomalies.

• Degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field.
• Knowledge in electrical, FMCS operation, maintenance concept and requirement for semiconductor manufacturing plant.
• Hands on experience in utilities system designing and exposure to technical consultation roles.
• Knowledge in relevant statutory requirement.
• Good systematic analytical capability.
