Responsibilities include:

1. Perform sales & marketing strategies of the business unit to achieve sales targets and maintain high service quality.
2. Address all sales inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails) and during launches to meet daily sales goals.
3. Monitor and update records of available units for sale for smooth sales processes.
4. Implement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Execute customer service initiatives to ensure high service quality.
6. Implement marketing strategies, including planning, advertising, and promotions.
7. Submit applications for APDL, report Borang 7F, and NAPIC reports to ensure compliance.
8. Conduct market surveys to understand market demands and trends.
9. Follow up with bankers on loan applications and ensure timely signing of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements within 21 days.
