Accounting jobs in Malaysia

1. Analyse business performance and prepare/maintain all commission and bonus calculations across all business units, as prescribed by the various schemes and approved policies.
2. Work with accounting teams to ensure proper balance sheet accruals for sales incentive payouts.
3. Support business units and HR in reviewing sales incentive plan designs and recommend/execute changes as required.
4. Maintain the new sales incentive tool being built to calculate and administer sales incentive payouts.
5. Perform simulations of commission/bonus payouts based on business performance.
6. Conduct sales productivity analysis to inform management on the effectiveness of sales incentive plans.
7. Maintain customer-to-sales hierarchy mapping to ensure accurate measurement of performance and incentive payouts.
8. Collaborate closely with HR and sales teams to ensure accurate payouts.
9. Assist as needed in the annual budgeting process.
