Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee inter-company accounts payable processes
• Administer plant-wide contracts and agreements
• Supervise manual invoice entry and two-way invoice matching
• Conduct monthly account reconciliations
• Validate withholding tax and service tax payments
• Manage employee claims, Yukoy registration, and interface with travel booking systems and ERP
• Establish and maintain internal control procedures
• Analyze expenses and financial reports
• Coordinate annual financial audits and prepare financial statements
• Perform ad-hoc duties and reports as required by management

Qualifications and Key Skills:

• Diploma in accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Audit experience is a plus
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle all levels of staff
• Detail-oriented, result-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
• German-speaking candidates with VAT knowledge are preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with deadlines and proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
