Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of clients. Act as the key point of contact to support deal origination, client coverage, and relationship growth.
  • Evaluate and monitor credit risk through borrower ratings, periodic reviews, and risk flags. Support credit documentation and restructuring to ensure sound credit practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams across departments and regional offices to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Coordinate efforts to deliver results within the scope of responsibilities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with product partners (e.g., Treasury, Transaction Banking) to offer tailored solutions. Prepare client proposals and contribute to strategic account plans.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee timely submission of credit proposals, renewals, and related documentation. Support governance processes such as KYC and internal reporting.
Requirements
  • Applicant must have a recognized Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent from a recognized university/higher learning institution.
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience in credit and marketing.
  • Strong credit analytical skills, with the ability to assess credit risk and financial health.
  • Applicant must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good knowledge of banking regulatory environment, relevant laws & regulations, industry trends and products.
  • Accountable for own and team contributions and take ownership of their tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal employees or external customers/client.
  • Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
