Job summary
A property management company located in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate for clerical and administrative duties. The role includes managing documents, data entry, and assisting in finance and administration tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, be able to multi-task, and have relevant educational qualifications in business or administration. This position is suitable for non-executive roles specializing in clerical support.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess relevant educational qualifications in business or administration.
- Preferably Non-Executive with specialization in clerical or administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Able to handle other general clerical work.
- Data entry and record updating.
- Assist in day-to-day finance and administration tasks.
- Manage accounting & admin documents and filing.
- Handle financial & admin ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Education
The Roof Realty Sdn Bhd – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur

- Assist in day‑to‑day finance and administration tasks.
- Manage accounting & admin documents and filing.
- Handle financial & admin ad‑hoc tasks as required.
- Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi‑tasking.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
