Job summary

A leading transport company in Perak is looking for an Accounting Administrator. Responsibilities include managing full set accounts, performing month-end closing, and handling daily admin tasks. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Handling Full Set accounts and daily general admin tasks.
  • Performing month end closing in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of documentation and filing.
  • Performing day-to-day admin/accounting operations.
  • Verifying, classifying, computing and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Responding to and resolving clients’ billing issues.
  • Preparing and managing bills, invoices and bank deposits.
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger.
