What role you will play in our team
- Lead exploration and development of current and new market segment and sub-region strategies.
- Support ADT chair regarding pipeline stewardship, including coordination, preparation and leading pipeline discussions with ADT members on an ongoing basis.
- Work with field sales, application technology development (ATD), customer development (CD), supply and distributors as required to accelerate the market and development cycle times.
- Conduct joint customer visits with AMs and CADs to present marketing packages to converters, including but not restricted to SDTs, new product launch packages, marcom material, etc.; advance applications development opportunities and assist with overall differentiated Product value selling effort.
- Assist in development of Value-in-Use and Value Calculator tool for LAMEX.
- Support ADT chair in the execution of Value Chain engagement strategy.
- Support ADT chair participation in Regional Growth Team (RGT) with analytical reports.
- Develop/Steward realization premium by application or grade for target markets.
- Assist in development of Value-in-Use and Value Based Tool Kit in the priority segments.
- Provide guidance on pricing/premium targets aligned with VBTK.
- Complete competitive assessments and disseminate competitive intelligence.
- Participate in TAS projects as required, typically in support of Marketing.
- Assist in development of marketing-led events like webinars or tradeshows as deemed convenient.
- Lead development of marketing tools like case studies, customer testimonials, marcom material as defined in the ADT Strategy.
