ISP School Finance Manager Role Profile
Purpose of Role
TheSchool Finance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of the school’s operations. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, managing accounts payable/receivableand supporting school leadership in financial planning and decision-making.This position requires business partnering with the Campus Principal, School Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Functional Heads and Regional Office.

ISP Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Budgeting:Develop, implement, and manage the school's annual budget in collaboration with school SLT.Provide financial forecasts, projections, and analysis to support Campus Principal / Regional Finance in budgetary control for OPEX and CAPEX.
Financial Reporting:Provide financial reports and analysis to school leadership, ensuring that financial information is clear, concise, and actionable.
Accounts Management:Oversee the school's accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Compliance and Regulations:Ensure compliance with all applicable local and national regulations (tax, financial reporting, education sector-specific requirements).
Statutory Audit & Tax Compliance: Coordinate and liaise with the external auditors on the annual statutory audit.Ensure adherence to Group policies and MFRS/IFRS requirements. Ensuring compliance to and timely submission for yearly statutory audit and tax.
Cash Flow Management:Monitor cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover operational costs.
Staff Supervision and Development:Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective training and development.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work closely with school departments (e.g., HR, Admissions) to ensure financial processes align with operational goals.Advise on the financial impact of projects and initiatives.
Procurement and Resource Management:Oversee purchasing processes and resource management, ensuring alignment with budget and financial priorities.
