We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Developer in Monterrey.

Role Overview

This role involves leading and delivering Data, Analytics, and Visualization projects as assigned by the Team Manager. The ideal candidate will be an expert in BI/Visualization solutions, combining technical expertise with business strategy to enhance our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support 1 to 3 new development projects simultaneously.
2. Deliver end-to-end Data & Analytics solutions according to specifications under supervision.
3. Maintain operational understanding of BI concepts and experience with MicroStrategy.
4. Develop analytical approaches to answer business questions, support, and create end-user reports.
5. Utilize data & analytics to identify growth opportunities and enable timely decision-making.
6. Manage, transform, and connect various data sources to extract insights.
7. Mine and analyze data using SQL, Python, and other techniques, optimizing query performance.
8. Follow established processes to deliver outcomes efficiently within SLAs, with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

1. Graduates in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Maths, Analytics, or related fields.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in Dashboarding/Data Visualization, with at least 1 year in MicroStrategy or Tableau.
3. Proficiency in visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, SSRS, OBIEE, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, QlikView, and UI/UX tools.
4. Quick learner, entrepreneurial spirit, curious, flexible problem solver, and agile mindset.
5. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
6. Experience with BI architectures, including traditional warehousing and cloud solutions like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, etc.
7. Experience with Agile methodologies.
8. Hands-on programming skills in SQL and Python.
