Hustler Marketing is looking for a Marketing Director.

The aim of this position is to provide management and leadership to the Marketing Department while reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing, communications, branding, and image strategies. The role involves ownership of the Marketing and Branding Funnel, ensuring it remains optimized and functional.

• Join the Director Department (Management Board) and report directly to the CEO, collaborating with Heads of Sales, Service, Finance, and HR.
• Take responsibility for the department’s performance against targets and KPIs.
• Lead a growing team of Content Writers, Community Managers, and Designers.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Assist in developing and achieving yearly and quarterly projections.
• Oversee the branding process and ensure its proper functioning.
• Participate in setting monthly, quarterly, and annual company goals.
• Develop insights and strategies for marketing and branding of new and existing services.
• Execute performance metrics and tracking tools to analyze market research, forecasts, campaign results, and consumer trends, translating these into actionable insights.

• Full-time commitment, approximately 140 hours/month, tracked and consistent.
• Fixed salary on a contractor basis after signing an NDA.
• 30-day notice period after the first month.
• Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first review after 3-6 months.

• At least 10 years of experience in a marketing role within a fast-paced environment, preferably agencies or SaaS companies.
• Over 3 years in a senior marketing position.
• Experience leading a team of 10+ members is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Knowledge of eCommerce, Shopify/Klaviyo, and related technologies is advantageous.
• Availability during office hours (Mon-Fri, 3-6 PM BCN Time).
• Leadership and guidance skills for direct reports.
