We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our brand and business across the dynamic APAC region. Based within APAC and working closely with our headquarters in Sassuolo, Italy, you will be instrumental in defining and executing sales strategies to strengthen our market presence in key Asian countries. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the coding and marking industry and proven experience in managing distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Partner Development & Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a high-performing network of distributors and channel partners across the APAC region. Develop and implement joint business plans to achieve mutual growth objectives.
  • Strategic Market Entry & Expansion: Formulate and execute market entry strategies for new territories within APAC, adapting our global approach to local market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, including target setting, market analysis, and competitive positioning, to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic partners and end-users within the region.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities, providing regular reports to headquarters.
  • Product & Solution Promotion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our industrial coding and marking solutions to partners and end-users.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Support) to ensure alignment and effective support for our APAC initiatives.
Professional Background

Requisiti e competenze:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing commercial networks or partnerships within the APAC region.
  • Solid track record in B2B environments, demonstrating the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools for effective sales management and reporting.
  • Strong inclination to acquire and apply new technical knowledge related to the industrial coding and marking sector.
Soft Skills
  • Effective communicator with strong public speaking and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of organization and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Formazione
Education & Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the coding and marking industry.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in distributor management within the APAC region.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in area APAC or another key Southeast Asian language is a significant advantage.
  • Availability to travel throughout the APAC region on a regular basis.
