Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvements and adjustments to meet sales objectives.
Assist in the training and development of team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and customer service skills.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury goods, FMCG, or premium automobile sectors.
Proven track record of successfully achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on approach to team management.
