UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at MadeIndonesia, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user interfaces and experiences for our software applications. You will collaborate closely with design, development, and project management teams to guide the development of user software interfaces across various products.

Job Description

• Work closely with teams of designers, developers, and project managers to guide the development of user software interfaces for various products with different specifications.
• Interpret business needs and translate them into user interface designs (UI/UX).
• Integrate and implement new standards in design interaction and stay updated with the latest trends in visual design.
• Communicate complex and interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively in various meetings with upper management or clients.
• Create and maintain user interface design guidelines (design system) for all existing and developed products.
• Develop mockups and prototypes of design interfaces to clearly illustrate the functionality and visual aspects of the product.
• Provide and communicate all visual and asset components to the development teams for current or upcoming product updates, ensuring prompt delivery of assets as needed.
• Interpret UX ideas into refined interfaces that meet user interaction design needs and adhere to design guidelines, utilizing functional product prototypes or other presentation methods.
• Conduct user experience research and generate research results such as user experience design, user journeys, identification of user pain points, and wireframes.
  
  

Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles, micro-interaction, and prototyping methods.
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including color theory, spacing, typography, hierarchy, paddings, and grids.
• Familiarity with design systems and their application at scale.
• Experience in cross-platform design (Web, Android, & iOS).
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts and logical flows using various platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, project management abilities, and a collaborative mindset in working with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS in the context of building SEO-friendly and responsive web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
