Job summary

An educational consultancy company in Kebayoran Baru, Indonesia, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of consultants. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3–7 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals. This role includes supervising sales activities, building relationships with educational institutions, and reporting directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

What will you do:

Supervise and guide a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Support the sales team in implementing sales strategies, systems, and workflows.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations.

Manage and follow up on leads from B2C (students), B2B (schools, universities), and B2G (institutions) channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and partner institutions.

Conduct outreach, networking, and promotional activities to boost brand presence.

Report sales progress, challenges, and insights to the CEO.

What we need:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or service industry.

Experience in leading or supervising a small team is a plus.

Proven ability to achieve targets and manage pipelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
