Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Learning Designer Specialist. The Learning Designer Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training course contents for our clients. They will collaborate with the team to ensure program objectives are met, assess the program's effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements. This role is located in Cimanggis, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, instructional design, or a related field
• Experience in program design and development or learning design
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement experiential learning programs from start to finish
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
• Experience in the HR or talent development field is a plus
